Integration
- As a Salesforce Developer, you will be required to design, develop and provide ongoing support of Salesforce.com CRM to
our business. Salesforce Developer must be hands-on and have proven experience in developing and enhancing
Salesforce.com in a global environment.
- You will also work to understand other business processes internally and how we
leverage the Salesforce platform to address those business needs. Our developer must also work within our governance
model to ensure continued functionality and overall platform health. Responsibilities:
- Provide on-going development,
integration and administrative support to quickly fix production issues with Salesforce.com and provide on-going
maintenance/ enhancements
- Work and deliver under tight and ever-changing deadlines with the ability to multi-task.
Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the Force.com platform.Participate in
technical discussions.
Partner with business representatives and business analysts to understand their needs.Evaluate, select, implement, and integrate technology tools into a solution to support our business unit stakeholders.
- Ensure
stakeholders are regularly updated on the progress of their request. Manage and enforce the CRM Change Management
Process from development sandboxes to Production. Ensure that all necessary changes are documented, reviewed, tested,
and approved before being deployed.
- Manage all processes (export reports permission, public chatter groups, Lux Bank
privacy rules, etc) to ensure InfoSec and Risk guidelines are being followed and all information is correctly documented in
order to adhere to an audit.
- Keeping abreast of new Salesforce and Sales Technology features and functionality and
providing recommendations for process improvements (e.g., Lightning; Continuous Integration; etc.).Update user stories
and tasks in JIRA, attend daily stand ups and work with product management on story delivery through acceptance.
Technical Requirements:
- 4 - 5 years of strong technical experience with Salesforce.com Proficient in custom objects,
workflow and validation rules, email templates, formulas, dashboards & reporting, Sandbox-to-Production processes 3-4 years of experience of Apex (Language, Trigger, Class, Web Service), Visual Force (Page, Component, Controllers), SOQL
- 1-2 years of experience working in Lightning Framework(LWC and Aura Framework) Experience working with Salesforce
API and integrating third-party components into Salesforce
- 1-2 years of experience working in REST API and building
integration from/to Salesforce Training and experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Developer (Platform Developer I
certification is required, Platform Developer II certification is preferred)
- Experience with salesforce.com release and
change management solutions.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated; works
independently Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and
rapidly changing priorities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, especially in representing their
technical expertise to a diverse audience
- Proficient in developer and engineering tools such as GitHub, code validation,
version control, integration via APIs/webmethods/Boomi, and productivity tools such as Teams, Word, Excel, Visio, and
Outlook Other Requirements:
- Strong analytical and communications skills both written and verbal.Self-motivated

- Understanding of business processes and ability
to translate business requirements into system functionality Ability to manage multiple and diverse Salesforce initiatives
